✅ SuperKidsSummerCamp – Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
A completed registration form and full payment are required to confirm a camper’s spot.
Camp is open to children aged 6 to 16 years.
All fees must be paid in full before camp begins. Any early bird discounts must be applied by the specified deadline.
Fees are non-refundable, unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
2. Medical and Emergency Information
Parents/guardians must provide all relevant medical, allergy, or behavioral information at the time of registration.
In case of illness or injury, camp staff will respond promptly and notify the parent/guardian.
Parents/guardians authorize staff to seek emergency medical care if needed.
3. Code of Conduct
Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, fellow campers, and camp property.
Bullying, inappropriate behavior, or violations of safety rules may lead to dismissal without refund.
Campers must follow instructions and safety protocols in all camp activities.
4. Drop-off and Pick-up
Location: 2601 E State Highway #4, Lewisville, TX 75056.
Campers must arrive and depart at the scheduled times. No supervision is provided outside of camp hours.
Only authorized individuals may pick up campers. Late pick-ups may incur extra charges.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Requests made more than 14 days before camp may receive a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of camp start or for missed days.
6. Photography and Media Release
By registering, parents/guardians allow the camp to take and use camper photos/videos for marketing purposes unless an official opt-out request is submitted in writing.
7. Liability Waiver
Participation in camp activities carries inherent risks.
Parents/guardians agree that SuperKidsSummerCamp and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during camp.
8. Personal Belongings
Campers should label all personal items.
The camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Avoid sending valuables or electronics with your child.
9. Weather and Activity Changes
Activities will proceed regardless of weather. Severe weather may result in schedule adjustments.
No refunds for changes due to weather or unforeseen events.
